அவளுடைய புருஷன் ஒருநாளும் அவளுக்கு ஒன்றும் சொல்லாதிருந்தானாகில், அவன் அவளுடைய எல்லாப் பொருத்தனைகளையும், அவள்பேரிலிருக்கிற அவளுடைய எல்லா நிபந்தனைகளையும் ஸ்திரப்படுத்துகிறான்; அவன் அதைக் கேட்ட நாளிலே அவளுக்கு ஒன்றும் சொல்லாமற் போனதினால், அவைகளை ஸ்திரப்படுத்துகிறான்.
But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
