ஏழுநாளளவும் பலிபீடத்திற்காகப் பிராயச்சித்தஞ்செய்து, அதைப் பரிசுத்தமாக்கக்கடவாய்; பலிபீடமானது மகா பரிசுத்தமாயிருக்கும்; பலிபீடத்தைத் தொடுகிறதெல்லாம் பரிசுத்தமாகும்.
Seven days thou shalt make an atonement for the altar, and sanctify it; and it shall be an altar most holy: whatsoever toucheth the altar shall be holy.
