அப்பொழுது ராஜா அந்த ஸ்திரீக்குப் பிரதியுத்தரமாக: நான் உன்னிடத்தில் கேட்கும் காரியத்தை நீ எனக்கு மறைக்கவேண்டாம் என்றான். அதற்கு அந்த ஸ்திரீ, ராஜாவாகிய என் ஆண்டவர் சொல்வாராக என்றாள்.
Then the king answered and said unto the woman, Hide not from me, I pray thee, the thing that I shall ask thee. And the woman said, Let my lord the king now speak.
