அந்தப்படி, அந்நியபாஷையில் பேசுகிறவன் அதின் அர்த்தத்தையும் சொல்லத்தக்கதாக விண்ணப்பம்பண்ணக்கடவன்.

Wherefore let him that speaketh in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.
